Disclosures made in terms of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 (“RA Regulations”) and circulars issued thereunder.
1. Business activity
ISFCAP Strategic Advisors LLP is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000027177) and is engaged in providing research services, i.e. preparation and/or publication of research reports and research recommendations on securities, in accordance with the RA Regulations. The firm does not undertake any execution, distribution, investment advisory or portfolio management activity.
2. Disciplinary history
There are no outstanding disciplinary actions, penalties, or material regulatory proceedings initiated by SEBI or any other regulatory authority against ISFCAP Strategic Advisors LLP, its partners, or its research analysts. No enquiry or adjudication proceedings are pending.
3. Terms and conditions of research services
Research services are provided to clients on the basis of the terms and conditions (including the Most Important Terms and Conditions prescribed by SEBI) disclosed to and consented by the client prior to onboarding. See Terms & MITC.
4. Disclosures with respect to research and recommendations
- The Research Analyst or its partners/employees may hold positions in securities recommended; any financial interest, actual or beneficial ownership of one per cent or more in the subject company, and any material conflict of interest will be disclosed in the relevant research report at the time of publication.
- ISFCAP Strategic Advisors LLP has not received any compensation from the subject company in the past twelve months, has not managed or co-managed any public offering of securities of the subject company, and has not received any compensation for investment banking, merchant banking or brokerage services from any subject company. Any deviation will be disclosed in the relevant research report.
- No research analyst of the firm has served as an officer, director or employee of a subject company, nor been engaged in market-making activity for any subject company.
- Recommendations are based on analysis of publicly available information and observations made under stated assumptions as on the date of the report.
5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
The extent of use of AI tools, if any, in providing research services is disclosed to clients in the terms and conditions of research services. ISFCAP Strategic Advisors LLP remains solely responsible for the security, confidentiality and integrity of client data and for its research services, irrespective of any use of AI tools.
6. Conflicts of interest
The firm abides by the applicable SEBI/RAASB regulations, circulars and directions on disclosure and mitigation of actual or potential conflicts of interest, maintains an arm’s-length relationship between its research activity and other activities, if any, and will promptly inform clients of any conflict of interest that may affect the services rendered.
7. Compliance audit
The firm undertakes the annual compliance audit as required under Regulation 25(3) of the RA Regulations. The status of the compliance audit and adverse findings, if any, along with the action taken thereon, will be published on this website as and when applicable.
